This is what i like a lot. To treat myself right. What do I mean? Treating myself right I mean relaxation from head to toe, and not only the body but the mind too. When body and mind are calm, i feel relaxed. It’s not so easy to calm down them but it’s really important for you to stay healthy and beautiful. Whenever some of daily thoughts or body parts are not OK, imbalance starts.

The key to keeping your balance is knowing when you lost it.

Finding the balance is the whole life journey. Some people find it very hard and some find it easy. I am the one who finds it hardly. If my one side is doing great so i loose another one. Same like war between brain and heart. I never find middle. But now, this page is more about well-being. So what do i do to RESTART my body and mind 🙂
